From personal trainers to tanning, we have you covered. Whether you are just wanting a casual swim or a relaxing moment in the dry cedar sauna, to a full body workout in our fully equipped 3000 square foot fitness facility with a harbour view, we have it all.


We have one lay down tanning bed in our facility. Get that “Just stepped off the beach look” all year round. Also great for mood boosting during long rainy winters. Everyone needs a little extra Vitamin D. We don’t take appointments, just drop in to the office. There is maximum of 20 minutes in our bed. If it is your first time tanning in our facility then we will require you to sign a waiver and agree to our rules for tanning. Tanners must be 18 years of age. We retain the right to refuse service for those customers we feel are not suitable to tan.

Warm Up in Our Sauna

We have a dry cedar sauna in our facility. We recently changed the sauna to a dry cedar sauna and there are many benefits that one may not realize. The sauna’s heat causes your body to sweat and this will release unwanted toxins in your body. If you are looking to lose weight, spending time in a dry sauna on regular basis and a healthy diet can result in healthy weight loss and a body detox. Taking a few extra minutes at the end of your workout to relax in our sauna could be beneficial to you!
